1. Scope of the Website
The Website is an e-commerce platform dedicated to the sale of products for sustainable agriculture and soil management, including paper mulching sheets, PrimePlant branded products, installation accessories and related agricultural products.
2. Product Characteristics and Environmental Statements
The mulching sheets sold on the Website are made of paper, plastic-free, biodegradable within 6 months, breathable and water-permeable.
Some products may contain biostimulants based on Ascophyllum nodosum algae, dissolved in water and integrated into the paper mixture in an indicative amount of 0.75 ml/m² (Organic carbon 6%, Mannitol 9 g/L), certified for organic use.
Important notes:
- The biostimulants used are commonly employed in agriculture and certified for organic use;
- The products are compatible with sustainable agricultural practices; however, use in organic farming remains the responsibility of the user and certification bodies;
- The information provided does not constitute a guarantee of specific agronomic results.

4. Contract Conclusion
The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation by email.
5. Prices, Payments and Invoicing
Prices are expressed in Euro and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Invoices are issued only upon request.
6. Shipping
All products are shipped from Italy. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days, provided the product is unused, unopened and intact. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8. Warranty
Products are guaranteed to comply with their descriptions and applicable regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
The seller shall not be liable for damages resulting from improper use.
10. Amendments
The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumer jurisdiction applies.
